Frequently asked questions about payroll processing
How cooperation takes place
At the end of the month, your supervisors will send attendance sheets and wage calculations, or the data will be automatically transferred from the attendance system to our payroll system. Our payroll accountant will review the inputs, process and check the wage calculations, and possibly send the summary for review. After confirmation, we will distribute the pay slips to the employees, send you the orders to draw up to the bank (e.g. in ABO/GPC/IKM format) and a file for direct accounting of wages into the accounting program (which we prepare according to the accounting program you use).
Accounting payroll costs according to cost centres
Due to the reduction of accounting records, payroll expenses are usually aggregated. We can set up aggregation up to several levels. Most often, wages are accounted for collectively for cost centers, or allocated to so-called white collar and blue collar. In smaller companies, wages are usually aggregated for the entire company.
What are the benefits of payroll outsourcing?
Outsourcing payroll benefits from:
expertise (we constantly monitor the latest payroll legislation and regularly train our payroll team)
automation (we strive to maximize the efficiency of payroll processing)
cost-effectiveness (due to the various payroll payment terms of our clients, we have work throughout the month)
discretion (maximum possible confidentiality of payroll costs, access only for authorized persons).
Which is the best attendance system?
There are many different types of attendance systems such as biometric, card reader, wireless, chip or coding.
Card reader is one of the most common attendance systems. This system consists of a card reader which is used to read the information stored on the card. The card can contain information about the employee such as his name, address, date of birth and more. The card reader is usually easy to use and inexpensive but can also be less reliable than other types of attendance systems.
Biometric attendance system is a technology used for the identification and authentication of individuals. This system usually consists of a fingerprint reader, a face scanner or an iris scanner. The fingerprint reader is used to identify a person based on his or her fingerprint. The face scanner or iris scanner is used to identify a person based on his or her face or iris. This system is usually reliable and secure but can also be expensive.
Wireless attendance system is a technology that allows employees to log in to the system wirelessly. This system consists of a wireless chip or card which is used to identify the employee. The chip or card is connected to a wireless reader which reads the information stored on the card. This system is usually reliable and secure but can also be expensive.
Chip attendance system is a technology used to identify an employee. This system consists of a small chip which is placed on the employee's workwear or identification card. The chip is read by a reader which is placed at the entrance of the building. This system is usually reliable and secure but can also be expensive.
Coding attendance system is a technology used to identify an employee. This system consists of a code which is stored on the employee's identification card. The code is read by a reader which is placed at the entrance of the building. This system is usually easy to use and inexpensive but can also be less reliable than other types of attendance systems.
